These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wonda AI, an AI chatbot platform operated by Wonderweb Technologies (Private) Limited ("Wonderweb", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account or using Wonda, you agree to these terms. If you use Wonda on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, unless applicable law permits otherwise.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, managing access to your account and activities carried out through it.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us promptly so that appropriate steps can be taken.
2. The Wonda service
Wonda provides tools for deploying AI-powered chatbots, configuring knowledge bases, handling conversations, collecting leads and reviewing available analytics.
Features, integrations, usage limits, AI providers and data retention periods may vary by subscription plan. The features and limits applicable to your account are those presented in your plan details and dashboard.
We may modify or discontinue features as the platform develops. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and as required by applicable law.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Wonda, subject to any rights belonging to third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Wonderweb.
You authorise us to host, process, reproduce and transmit your content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support Wonda and the features you choose to use.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content.
- Keeping your knowledge base, business information and product catalogue accurate and current.
- Reviewing chatbot responses and configuring appropriate safeguards for your use case.
- Ensuring that your collection and use of visitor information comply with applicable privacy laws.
- Providing website visitors with any privacy notices, disclosures or choices required by law.
- Managing your account credentials and any authorised team members.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Wonda to:
- Impersonate another person or organisation, or mislead users about your identity.
- Facilitate fraud, phishing, malware distribution or other unlawful activity.
- Upload or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Present AI-generated medical, legal or financial information as a substitute for appropriately qualified professional advice.
- Circumvent security controls, abuse usage limits or interfere with the service or other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Wonda or reverse-engineer the service, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Resell or commercially redistribute access to Wonda without our written permission, unless your plan expressly permits it.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action to protect the service, our customers and other affected parties.
5. Plans, pricing and payments
Subscription prices, billing intervals, included features and usage limits are displayed on our Pricing page or during checkout.
Prices are quoted in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be disclosed where required by law.
Plans may be billed monthly or annually in advance. If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable recurring charges through your selected payment method, subject to the terms presented during checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and paying amounts properly due under your subscription.
If a payment fails, we may notify you and attempt to collect the outstanding amount. If payment remains overdue, we may restrict or suspend paid features after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and any relevant consumer rights.
Suspension for non-payment does not automatically delete your account or stored data. Access to paid features may be restored once the outstanding payment issue has been resolved.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription through the available account controls or by contacting us. Unless the terms presented during checkout state otherwise, cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused time. However, nothing in these terms excludes any refund, cancellation right or other remedy required by applicable law, including any applicable statutory cooling-off rights.
If we materially fail to provide a paid service, we will consider the circumstances and any remedy required under the agreement or applicable law.
Where a refund is approved or legally required, we will explain the applicable process and timing.
7. Service availability and maintenance
We aim to operate Wonda reliably, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The service may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure failures, network interruptions, security incidents or third-party provider outages.
Any uptime target published on our website is a service objective unless expressly identified as a binding service-level commitment.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance likely to materially affect the service.
8. AI limitations
Wonda uses third-party AI models and automated systems. Their responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading or unsuitable for a particular situation.
Wonda may be designed to acknowledge uncertainty or decline to answer questions when sufficient information is unavailable. However, this behaviour cannot be guaranteed in every interaction.
You are responsible for reviewing chatbot behaviour, keeping your knowledge base accurate and deciding whether a response is appropriate before relying on it for important decisions or customer communications.
Wonda should not be relied on as the sole means of handling emergencies, critical transactions or situations where an incorrect response could cause serious harm.
9. Third-party services
Wonda may rely on third-party AI providers, hosting infrastructure, payment processors and other external services.
Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations and technical requirements. Their handling of information is described further in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for independent changes or failures outside our reasonable control, subject to any obligations imposed on us by applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
Wonda, including its software, branding, interface and underlying platform, is owned by or licensed to Wonderweb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Wonda for its intended purpose.
You must not copy, distribute or commercially exploit our proprietary materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
You retain rights to your own content. We may process that content only as described in these terms and our Privacy Policy, or as otherwise permitted by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Wonda and request account deletion at any time, subject to outstanding obligations and applicable law. Account deletion may be available through Dashboard → Profile, depending on the current account interface.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where:
- You materially breach these terms.
- Your use presents a significant security, legal or operational risk.
- We are required to act by law or a competent authority.
- Payment remains overdue after applicable notice.
- Continued provision of the service becomes unlawful or technically impracticable.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy a breach before taking action. We may act immediately where necessary to address serious security risks, suspected fraud, unlawful activity or urgent legal requirements.
We may also close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period where reasonably necessary. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to access relevant data before closure.
Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason for suspension or termination and provide a way to contact us.
Account closure and data deletion are separate processes. Information may remain temporarily in backups or where legally required, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, that every feature will remain available or that Wonda will meet every individual business requirement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right, statutory warranty, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to those mandatory rights, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent that applicable law permits their exclusion. Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in Wonda, our business operations or applicable law.
For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice and any notice required by law. The notice will explain when the revised terms take effect.
If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using Wonda and cancel your subscription, subject to applicable terms and law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules or other laws that apply to you.
We encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve disputes informally. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a statutory right to bring a complaint or pursue a legal remedy.
