Before you sign up

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan runs on one site with a 100-message monthly allowance. No card, no time limit. Upgrade only when your traffic outgrows it.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. You keep the same embed code and knowledge base — nothing on your website changes.

What happens if I go over my monthly limit?

The widget stops accepting new messages until your next billing period, or until you upgrade. Existing conversations and history are unaffected.

Do I need to pay for each site separately?

No. Each plan includes a number of sites — one on Free and Starter, three on Pro, ten on Business. Add them under the same account, all billed together.

How do I pay?

We invoice monthly or yearly via bank transfer or mobile money. Contact us if you need a specific arrangement — we work with Zimbabwean businesses every day.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel whenever you want from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
